Carla Ruble
Chief Profit Strategist
Carla's early career led her to providing accounting work to diverse industries in various roles. While none of it seemed to make sense at the time, all that experience flowed together nicely when she decided to start CFO Accounting Services. After working in large corporations and small businesses, she found the most satisfaction in helping small businesses.
Helping entrepreneurs and small business owners meet their goals and see their dreams come to fruition is a tremendous joy. Our greatest accomplishment is when a client needs to hire a full-time accountant for their business.
In her free time, Carla loves spending time with her family. With her first two children in college, most of her time is spent attending the in-season sport for the bonus child.
Kim Kroll
Profit Strategist
Kim has been an integral part of CFO Accounting Services since 2017. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Iowa State University. After graduation, she worked for NCMIC Group in the Accounting department as a Senior Accountant supervising other staff members. In that role, she was responsible for developing the company's Fiscal Policy & Procedure manual, preparing and analyzing quarterly department budgets and analyzing profitability by lines of business.
In September 2005, she decided to stay at home with her children, McKenzie, Bailie & Zoie. Much of their free time is spent traveling and watching the girls participate in competitive softball.
Diana McGlumphry
Profit Strategist
Diana joined our team in the spring of 2020. She has a Bachelor degree in finance from Missouri Valley College where she ran track. She is passionate about making sure her clients have a clear and concise understanding of the processes implemented to support them in reaching their goals. She also enjoys researching new systems to reach goals as efficiently as possible.
Diana is married with 4 children and spending quality time with them is very important to her.
Cady Kilmer
Account Services Partner
Cady became a part of the team in 2022. She grew up in West Des Moines and got her degree from Iowa State University in Accounting. She also has experience in bookkeeping and auditing.
Kahla Wier
Behind the Scenes Engineer
Kahla was added to the team in 2023. She is responsible for all the things that you don't know are going on, like the website, social media, and marketing. She holds multiple degrees: Political Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, and Entrepreneurship, as well as having run a small business.
She spends her free time with her husband and their daughter, Lille, whom she homeschools. They like to go camping and enjoy watching Lille play hockey and compete on the diving board.
